10:30 AM | Assemble boats off Barrenjoey
11:00 AM | Depart for Danger Island Depot (12km)
12:00 PM | Arrive at Danger Island and transfer to wharf
12:30 PM | Lunch, offical welcome and event briefing | Danger Island Depot
2:00 PM | Depart for Mooney Mooney (3.5km)
2:30 PM | Arrive at Mooney Mooney | Anchor overnight
3:00 PM | Tenders to Club Mooney Mooney
5:30 PM | Barefoot Bowls, Drinks and Finger Food | Club Mooney Mooney
7:30 PM | Event concludes | Transfer back to boats
Saturday 22nd
0900 – Depart Mooney Mooney for Hallets Beach 11km
1000– Arrive and transfer to Hallets Beach | Morning Tea and Beach activities
1200 – Depart Beach for Cottage Point (5km)
1230 – Arrive Cottage Point | Anchor Overnight | Free time or sailing
1700 – Transfer to Cottage Point Inn
1730 – Function Starts
2030 – Function Concludes
Sunday, 23rd
0730 – Breakfast deliveries
0930 – Depart Cottage Point for Great Mackerel Beach – 15km
1100 – Transfer to beach for event wrap and official farewell
