HOWARD PRIME
Howard brings extensive experience across the marine and luxury automotive industries, with a career spanning yacht charter, new yacht and brokerage sales, marine operations and business leadership.
He has worked both at sea and ashore across international markets and holds an MCA Master 200GT qualification, with experience operating both power and sailing vessels.
After nearly six years leading marine businesses in Thailand, Howard has personally sold more than 50 new and pre-owned yachts, ranging from 7-metre boats to superyachts over 40 metres.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Primus Marine, Howard oversees yacht sales, aftersales, yacht care and management across the group.
ALFIE ROWSON
Alfie brings extensive hands-on yachting experience across competitive sailing, coaching, yacht deliveries and brokerage.
A graduate in Watersports Studies & Management from Southampton Solent University, he has worked in both the UK and Asia developing sailing programs.
He has logged more than 40,000 nautical miles as a delivery skipper aboard racing and luxury cruising yachts up to 100 feet.
As Phuket Head of Brokerage at Primus Marine, Alfie uses this practical experience to guide clients through yacht selection, acquisition, sales and charter.
