POSITION DESCRIPTION | BOAT BUILDER - ASSEMBLY CONTRACTOR - FIT OUT 2

Australia’s leading luxury boatbuilding company, Maritimo, is continuing to expand its product development programme and to grow its distribution network around the world. Founded in 2003, the Maritimo fleet now covers 14 separate models across 4 different series.

The role includes but is not limited co-ordinating the flow of product through the assembly shop, successful applicant must operate as a contractor and can employ your own staff to fulfil the requirements to adhere to the production schedule. Administer change within the department, keep up with technological and material changes. Provide a safe and efficient work environment for up to 20 staff.

The successful applicant must be capable of operating as a company. Provide the appropriate insurances and have a proven track record in a production environment. We require an experienced and motivated person with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Marine industry experience is essential.

Located in the Gold Coast Marine Precinct Coomera, we offer great working conditions at our “state of the art”, purpose built manufacturing facility.
